Help us reach out online with the gospel this Christmas

We're making two virtual choir/orchestra outreach videos for Christmas. See below for how you can help make them amazing!
 

Musicians

What you'll need:

  • Your instrument/voice
  • Some headphones
  • Something that can play an mp3 file
  • A means of recording sound and video (smartphone recommended)
  • A means of viewing the sheet music - click here if you would like a copy printing for you.

What you need to do:

  • Click here to download guide tracks and sheet music.
    • O come all you unfaithful is scored for strings and band
    • O Holy Night is scored for choir and orchestra
  • Click here to sign up to be involved and you will be sent the upload link.
  • Play the guide track in your headphones
  • Record yourself playing/singing your part(s) along to the guide track. Please record as many parts as you would like and feel able to!
  • Please record in portrait mode (makes it easier to fit more people on screen) and at 30fps (if you get the option).
  • Don't forget to smile!

Deadlines:

  • O come O come Emmanuel/O come all you unfaithful mashup: End of Saturday 14th November
  • O Holy Night: End of Saturday 28th November

Non-Musicians

What you'll need:

  • A means of recording sound and video (smartphone recommended)

What you need to do:

  • Click here to sign up and you will be sent an upload link.
  • Record yourself answering the following questions:
  1. What hope do you have for Christmas this year?
    (What are you looking forward to? Have you had to change your plans? What aren't you looking forward to?)
  2. What hope do you have from Christmas this year?
    (How are you thinking about Christmas as a Christian this year?)
  • Try and keep your contribution to around 1 minute long (i.e. 30 seconds per answer)
  • Please record yourself in landscape mode and at 30fps (if you get the option)

Deadline:

End of Saturday 14th November
